Panezo Castillo,\u00a0 obtuvieron los tres primeros lugares en el evento denominado: Primer Concurso de Oratoria: \u201cLuis Vargas Torres, el legado del Coronel; \u00a0Luis Kevin Olivo, obtuvo la menci\u00f3n de honor a la Pose\u00eda In\u00e9dita, premio que tambi\u00e9n era parte de este concurso, que cont\u00f3 con una masiva inscripci\u00f3n de estudiantes, \u00e1vidos por demostrar su talento tanto para la oratoria, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n para la poes\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con esta actividad, realizada el viernes 24 de marzo, tal como estaba previsto, la Universidad cerr\u00f3 su programaci\u00f3n conmemorativa por los 136 a\u00f1os de inmolaci\u00f3n del l\u00edder Coronel Luis Vargas Torres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Alma Mater esmeralde\u00f1a cumpli\u00f3 con el objetivo esperado, que la programaci\u00f3n establecida fortalezca la imagen del ilustre patrono institucional y se
