En su discurso exalt\u00f3 las acciones que mantienen viva la memoria del Coronel Luis Vargas Torres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Alma Mater esmeralde\u00f1a, continuar\u00e1 durante la semana, las actividades recordatorias como: exposiciones de fotograf\u00edas, concurso de oratoria, foros acad\u00e9micos, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esmeraldas, 21 de marzo 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
